Objective:To investigate food poisoning incidents in two construction site canteens in Bayuquan district,Yingkou city during summer, identify the causes and pathogenic factors of the incidents, and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Method:According to the relevant national food safety standards and investigation technical specifications, food poisoning screening was carried out in the cafeteria of the construction site in Bayuquan district,Yingkou city.Epidemiological investigations were conducted on relevant personnel at the site where food poisoning occurred.Cases and food samples from the cafeteria were isolated and cultured for relevant pathogenic bacteria, and laboratory testing information was recorded.Result:274 people dined in two construction site canteens, with a total of 209 people experiencing food poisoning.Food poisoning conforms to the point source exposure pattern, and the clinical manifestations of the case are mainly nausea, dizziness, and vomiting.Through retrospective cohort study and logistic regression analysis,it was found that meat and vegetable steamed buns and pork with pickled vegetables were suspicious foods in the food poisoning incident. Conclusion:Based on the comprehensive analysis of epidemiological investigation results,on-site hygiene investigation, and clinical symptoms of the case,it is determined that this incident is a food poisoning event caused by bacteria, and meat and vegetable buns and pickled pork are the final pathogenic foods.
