Statistics and Analysis of Heavy Metal Residues in Wild Edible Fungi in Yunnan Province
In order to assess the contents of Pb,CD,As and Hg in common wild edible fungi in Yunnan province,the residual heavy metal pollution elements of common wild edible fungi in Kunming,Dali,Yuxi,Chuxiong,Lijiang and Pu'er in Yunnan province were assessed based on GB 5009.268-2016 and GB 2762-2022.The results showed that 171 of the 585 samples collected had heavy metal content exceeding the national standard.Among them,the cadmium element exceeded the standard of Collybia albuminosa and Morchella esculenta,the total arsenic element exceeded the standard of Russula griseocarnosa and Tricholoma matsutake,the mercury element exceeded the standard of Boletus and Lactarius volemus,and no heavy metal element exceeded the standard of shiitake mushroom.
