Determination of Selenium Content in Grain and Vegetable Agricultural Products in Enshi Area by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
A method for determining the selenium content of grain and vegetable agricultural products in Enshi area by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The samples were processed by microwave digestion instrument, and the selenium content in corn, wheat, tomatoes, cabbage and rice was determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that in the range of 1.0~10.0 μg·L-1,the linear relationship between selenium content and fluorescence value was good, the linear equation was y=139.44x+31.464,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,the recovery rate was 95.63%~102.80%,the RSD was less than 1.2%,and the precision RSD was less than 0.1%.This method has the advantages of simple operation and good reproducibility, and can meet the requirements for the determination of selenium content in grain and vegetable agricultural products in Enshi area.
