Monitoring and Analysis of Avian Influenza Virus in Live Poultry Markets and Large-Scale Breeding Farms in Zibo City from 2021 to 2023
Objective:By analyzing the detection results of avian influenza samples in the external environment of Zibo city, this study explores the distribution characteristics, transmission routes, and influencing factors of avian influenza virus in Zibo city, providing scientific basis for avian influenza prevention and control work.Method:Six types of avian influenza samples from external environments were collected from poultry farms and urban and rural live chicken and fish markets in four districts and counties within the jurisdiction of Zibo city from 2021 to 2023.Real time fluorescence quantitative analysis was used to detect the virus nucleic acid in the samples, analyze the distribution of avian influenza virus in different places and samples, and compare the differences in positive detection rates of avian influenza virus in different monitoring years.Result:From 2021 to 2023,a total of 401 avian influenza samples were collected from the external environment in Zibo city,of which 64 were positive for type A,with a positivity rate of 15.96%.Among them,57 cases of H9 type(14.21%)accounted for the highest proportion, with 1 case of H5 type(0.25%),2 cases of H7 type(0.50%),and 4 cases of mixed positive H5 and H9 types(1.00%).There is no statistically significant difference in positive detection rates among different years, but there is a statistically significant difference in positive detection rates among different monitoring locations and sample types. Conclusion:The H9 subtype of avian influenza virus is mainly present in the external environment of Zibo city, and urban and rural live poultry markets are high-risk places for human infection with avian influenza.
