Analysis and Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Sorbic Acid in Pot-Stewed Meat by HPLC
According to the provision of JJF 1059.1-2012,the uncertainty of the method in the determination of pot-stewed meat by HPLC was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively in this article.The results showed that the content of sorbic acid was 0.029 0 g·kg-1,the relative standard uncertainty was 0.041,and the expansion of uncertainty was 0.002 4 g·kg-1(p=95%,k=2).In this determination method,the standard curve fitting,the instrumental determination and the preparation of standard series solutions have a significant influence on the uncertainty,other components have a little effect on the uncertainty.
