Dietary Methods for Accelerating the Recovery of Exercise induced Fatigue—Taking Mass Sports as an Example
Exercise is an effective way to promote physical health,and the generation of exercise fatigue often makes people feel troubled.People can recover from exercise fatigue through dietary supplementation.This article analyzes the causes of exercise fatigue and explores the effect of diet on promoting recovery after fatigue in mass sports.It is suggested that relevant personnel should pay attention to physical relaxation and recovery while arranging diet reasonably to jointly promote the recovery of exercise fatigue.
