The Current Situation of Baijiu Quality Safety in China and the Problems of Inspection Quality Management and Optimization Countermeasures
Baijiu,as a distilled liquor beverage,is a kind of liquor product unique to China.In the long-term development of Baijiu in China,liquor products with rich and diverse categories,exquisite craftsmanship,rich taste levels and distinctive characteristics have been formed.Now,with the rapid development of science and technology,and the increasingly mature and stable market environment,how to further optimize the physical and chemical properties of products,improve the level of health and safety,strengthen industry supervision and self-discipline,and lead the whole industry to a healthier and orderly development track has become a major issue that needs in-depth discussion and research in the industry.Based on the current situation of Baijiu quality safety in China,this paper analyzes the quality management problems of Baijiu quality safety inspection in China,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for reference.
