摘要

食品添加剂不仅能提高食品的品质、色泽、香味和风味,还能对食品进行防腐保鲜,提高食品的经济效益.随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高.然而,在食品生产和加工过程中,添加剂的使用日益增多,严重威胁着人们的健康和安全.所以,对食品添加剂的有效性与安全性进行科学研究十分必要.本文对食品添加剂的安全检测技术及安全性控制措施进行分析,以供同行参考.

Abstract

Food additives can not only improve the quality,color,flavor and flavor of food,but also preserve food and improve the economic benefits of food.With the improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for food safety.However,in food production and processing,the increasing use of additives in food production and processing poses a serious threat to people's health and safety.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientific research on the effectiveness and safety of food additives.This paper analyzes the safety testing technology and safety control measures of food additives for reference.
