High performance liquid chromatography is an accurate,sensitive,and reliable method for detecting arsenic in water quality,with broad application prospects.This article explores the application of high-performance liquid chromatography in the detection of arsenic in water quality,introduces the basic principle and operating process of high-performance liquid chromatography,discusses the specific application of high-performance liquid chromatography in the detection of arsenic in water quality,including sample pretreatment technology,chromatographic condition optimization strategy,determination and verification of detection parameters,as well as the actual determination process of arsenic in water samples,in order to provide theoretical reference for industry inspectors.
