摘要

近年来,我国食品安全整体情况稳中有升,但形势依旧严峻.食品检测是保障食品安全的重要基础,着力解决检测技术难题,是提升食品检测工作质量的重要环节.本文阐明了我国当前食品安全突出问题和现阶段食品检测技术状况,通过介绍典型现代生物技术在食品检测中的应用情况,以期更好地了解现代生物技术在食品检测工作中发挥的积极作用和发展潜力.

Abstract

In recent years,the overall situation of food safety in China has been stable and rising,but the situation is still serious.Food testing is an important basis for ensuring food safety,focusing on solving testing technical problems,and is an important link in improving the quality of food testing.This paper clarifies the current prominent problems of food safety in China and the current situation of food testing technology.By introducing the application of typical modern biotechnology in food testing,it is expected to better understand the positive role and development potential of modern biotechnology in food testing.
