Study on Food Detection Based on Fluorescence Spectroscopy
In this paper,the basic principle of fluorescence spectroscopy is briefly introduced,and its application in the field of food detection is reviewed.The application of fluorescence spectroscopy detection methods in several common food pollutants,including pesticide residues,heavy metal pollution,illegal additives,etc.By comparing the traditional detection methods,the advantages of fluorescence spectroscopy,such as fast,sensitive and non-destructive,are analyzed.Finally,the development prospect of fluorescence spectroscopy in the field of food detection is prospected,and the direction and suggestions for further research are put forward in order to provide strong technical support for ensuring food safety.
