In recent years,China's food safety situation has been stable on the whole,but there are still some outstanding problems.In order to protect people's health and life safety,China has taken a series of measures,the most important of which is national sampling inspection.Based on this,this paper discusses the importance of national sampling inspection of food safety,and puts forward corresponding implementation strategies.
