With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,higher requirements have been put forward for food safety.Under the influence of various factors,food safety issues still frequently occur,which not only affects the stable control of market order,but also poses a threat to the health of the public.It is urgent to take effective measures to strengthen food safety protection.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of food safety and puts forward the measures to ensure food safety.
