In the new era,food safety governance is changing from the regulatory interactive stage to the direction of big data-driven,and big data technology has become an important measure to solve food safety problems.At present,there are still many inadequacies in the domestic food safety management,such as weak supervision ability,insufficient supervision information disclosure and lack of trust,etc.,food safety supervision departments need to innovate from the aspects of governance tools,build a scientific and reasonable mechanism of common governance of food safety,rely on advanced technologies such as big data to do a good job in risk prevention and control,in order to continuously enhance the level of food safety management.
