This paper thoroughly examines the issues related to safety assurance and supervisory management in food engineering.Addressing the current challenges in the field of food safety,it proposes several improvement strategies.These include perfecting laws and regulations,consolidating the legal environment,enhancing promotional education to foster awareness of supervision,addressing the issues from their source to strengthen food monitoring,and emphasizing on random inspections during the distribution phase to reduce potential safety risks.Governments and regulatory authorities at all levels should clarify their responsibilities and authorities,implement orderly supervision,and ensure the effective implementation of food safety supervision,which is of great significance for improving food safety.
