Food safety is a core issue in the food processing industry,which is related to the health and safety of consumers.This article outlines the importance of food processing,the current situation and challenges of food safety,analyzes common problems such as microbial contamination,chemical contamination,physical contamination,and misleading labeling,and provides corresponding solutions.It also discusses the application of food safety management systems and technologies.Through these measures,food safety accidents can be effectively prevented and consumer food safety can be guaranteed.
