Analysis and Suggestion on Current Situation of Food Safety Sampling System in China
Food safety sampling is an important means of discovering food safety risks and promoting scientific supervision of food safety.At present,there are still certain problems in the regulatory system,organization and coordination of food safety sampling in China,and the management of food safety risk assessment lacks systematicity.In order to improve China's food safety sampling system and enhance the level of food safety sampling management,this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China's food safety sampling system,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve China's food safety sampling system,in order to provide reference for strengthening food safety supervision.
