The innovative development of modern big data technology provides more diverse tools and methods for food safety supervision,making the food safety risk warning effect that is difficult to achieve under traditional technological conditions more achievable.Starting from the introduction of the era background of big data and food safety supervision,this article analyzes the value advantages of big data in food safety supervision risk warning.On the basis of exploring the problems in food safety supervision under the background of big data,this paper proposes the application path of big data in food safety supervision risk warning from the aspects of normative system construction and big data platform construction.
