农产品辣椒中8种农药残留检测能力验证

通过参加甘肃省农业农村厅组织的 2023 年度农业残留检测能力验证项目,旨在提高实验室农药残留检测水平.样品根据GB 23200.121-2021中农药残留检测操作方法,采用液相色谱-质谱联用法检测辣椒中 8 种常用农药残留,外标法定量.检测结果表明,2 个空白对照干扰样品中未发现农药残留;2 个考核样品中吡唑醚菌酯含量分别为 0.245 mg·kg-1、0.235 mg·kg-1,且吡唑醚菌酯的|Z|值均<2,表明本次实验对辣椒中农药残留量的测定能力较强.
Verification of Detection Ability of 8 Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Capsicum
By participating in the 2023 Agricultural Residue Detection Capability Verification Project organized by the Gansu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,the aim is to improve the level of pesticide residue detection in the laboratory.The sample was tested for 8 commonly used pesticide residues in chili peppers using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry according to the pesticide residue detection method in GB 23200.121-2021,and the external standard quantif I cation method was used.The test results showed that no pesticide residues were found in the interference samples of the two blank controls;the content of pyrazoxystrobin in the two assessment samples was 0.245 mg·kg-1 and 0.235 mg·kg-1,respectively,and the |Z| of pyrazoxystrobin was less than 2,indicating that this experiment has a high ability to determine pesticide residues in chili peppers.
