β-环糊精磁性碳纳米管固相萃取在检测蔬菜中4种有机磷农残中的应用

建立了β-环糊精磁性碳纳米管固相萃取(β-Cyclodextrin Magnetic Carbon Nanotubes,β-CD@MCNT)结合气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector,GC-FPD)测定蔬菜中 4 种有机磷农药残留的方法.在最佳试验条件下,4 种有机磷农药在 0.001~1.000 μg·mL-1 线性关系均良好,相关系数均大于 0.998,在 0.02 mg·kg-1、0.10 mg·kg-1、0.50 mg·kg-1 加标水平下,回收率在79.0%~115.3%,相对标准偏差在 2.8%~10.1%.该方法具有精密度和准确度高等优点,可用于蔬菜中4 种有机磷农药残留的检测.
Application of β-Cyclodextrin Magnetic Carbon Nanotube Solid-Phase Extraction in the Detection of 4 Organophosphorus Residues in Vegetables
A method was developed for the determination of 4 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by using β-cyclodextrin magnetic carbon nanotubes solid-phase extraction(β-CD@MCNT)and gas chromatography-flame photometric detector.The results showed that 4 organophosphorus pesticides had a good linearity in the range of 0.001~1.000 μg·mL-1,the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.998 under the optimal conditions.Their average recoveries at spiked levels of 0.02 mg·kg-1,0.10 mg·kg-1 and 0.50 mg·kg-1 were 79.0%~115.3%with relative standard deviations of 2.8%~10.1%.The method has the advantages of high precision and accuracy,and can be suitable for the analysis of 4 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues detection in vegetables.
