Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in the Determination of Soy Sauce Food Additives
In order to verify whether food additives in soy sauce meet the national standard limit requirements,a HPLC method was established to determine the contents of 8 food additives in soy sauce, such as acesulfame, benzoic acid, lemon yellow, sorbic acid, saccharin sodium, amaranth red, caffeine and sunset yellow. The results showed that the 8 food additives had good linear relationships in their linear ranges, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than or equal to 0.999 0;the average recoveries were 93.58%~98.27%,RSD<2%;the contents of 8 food additives in 5 kinds of soy sauce all meet the national limit requirements. This method has the advantages of simple operation, fast reaction speed and high accuracy, and can be used for rapid screening of food additives.
