植物油中苯并[α]芘能力验证样品的制备与评价

通过制备植物油中苯并[α]芘能力验证样品,并对其均匀性和稳定性进行评价,为实验室制作盲样和组织能力验证提供技术指导.以食用植物油为原料,制备2组不同浓度的苯并[α]芘能力验证样品,每组随机抽取10份样品按照GB 5009.27-2016方法测定样品中苯并[α]芘含量;将考核样品放置在常温环境条件下储存3个月,采用上述方法测定储存前后样品中苯并[α]芘含量,以评价样品的均匀性和稳定性.测定结果表明,样品的均匀性合格,样品在3个月内稳定性良好,可用于不同实验室检测植物油中苯并[α]芘能力验证.
Preparation and Evaluation of Proficiency Testing Sample of Benzo[α]pyrene in Plant Oil
The proficiency testing samples of benzo[α]pyrene in plant oils were prepared and evaluated for homogeneity and stability to provide technical guidance for laboratories to make blind samples and organize proficiency testing.Using edible plant oil as raw material,2 groups of benzo[α]pyrene proficiency testing samples with different concentrations were prepared,and 10 randomly selected samples from each group were used to determine the benzo[α]pyrene content in the samples in accordance with the method of GB 5009.27-2016;the assessment samples were placed in ambient ambient conditions and stored for 3 months,and the samples before and after the storage were determined by the above method,to evaluate the homogeneity and stability of the samples.The results showed that the homogeneity of the sample was qualified and the stability of the sample was good within 3 months,which can be used for the proficiency testing of benzo[α]pyrene in plant oils in different laboratories.
