Evaluation of Uncertainty of Aerobic Plate Count in Frozen Drinks
Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of aerobic plate count in frozen drinks.Method:The evaluation of the uncertainty of the measurement results of the aerobic plate count in frozen drinks was determined according to GB 4789.2-2022.The mathematical model was constructed to analyze the sources of uncertainty and evaluate the effects of its factors.Result:The expanded uncertainty of detection results of aerobic plate count in samples was U=6.66×10-2(k=2).Conclusion:The colony growth rate of the culture medium,the sample homogeneity and the repeatability test have the greatest influence on the uncertainty the aerobic plate count in frozen drinks.This evaluation model can provide a reference for uncertainty evaluation of aerobic plate count in the future laboratory determinations.
