Based on the perspective of food nutrition,this article analyzes the current problems faced by college students in the development of sports and health,such as imbalanced dietary structure,excessive intake of high sugar and high fat foods,and insufficient sports nutrition supply.It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing dietary nutrition ratio,limiting the supply of high calorie and low nutrition foods,and strengthening professional nutrition guidance.By improving the dietary and nutritional status of college athletes and enhancing their metabolic efficiency,it can effectively prevent obesity,promote fatigue recovery,and provide strong support for the improvement of their sports performance.
