Research on the Importance of Reasonable Diet to High-Level College Volleyball Players
College volleyball players are reserve talents for the development of national sports and an important part of competitive sports in China.Volleyball,as a ball game with strong antagonism and intermittent characteristics,requires athletes to have strong explosive power and muscle control ability in order to complete powerful hitting actions in a short time,so the body consumes a lot of energy.It is necessary to make a dietary nutrition plan according to the athletes'physical condition,sports training characteristics and special needs to ensure that athletes have a good nutritional state during training and competition.This paper expounds the sports characteristics and energy supply methods of high-level volleyball in college students,the correlation between high-level volleyball in college students and reasonable diet,analyzes the existing problems in dietary nutrition research and dietary nutrition requirements of high-level volleyball players in college students,and puts forward corresponding dietary suggestions in order to improve the training efficiency and competitive state of athletes.
