正交试验设计优化薏苡仁脂肪提取工艺

本文以薏苡仁为材料,以薏苡仁脂肪提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验对提取时间(沸腾时间、淋洗时间、回收时间)、提取溶剂体积、提取温度3 个因素进行考察,确定了使用自动索氏浸提系统提取薏苡仁脂肪的最佳工艺条件:沸腾时间 35 min、淋洗时间 50 min、回收时间 10 min、提取溶剂体积70 mL、提取温度 135℃.
Optimization of Fat Extraction Process of Coix Seed by Orthogonal Experiment
This article uses coix seed as the material and coix seed fat extraction rate as the indicator.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,three factors including extraction time(boiling time,rinsing time,recovery time),extraction solvent volume,and extraction temperature were investigated.The optimal process conditions for extracting coix seed fat using an automatic Soxhlet extraction system were determined:boiling time 35 minutes,rinsing time 50 minutes,recovery time 10 minutes,extraction solvent volume 70 mL,extraction temperature 135℃.
