摘要

食堂在高校师生生活中不可或缺.随着互联网的迅速崛起,高校餐饮市场面临各种挑战,多样化的订餐方式因其高效、便捷、种类丰富等特点受到广大师生的热爱,使传统意义上的食堂受到市场冲击.本文主要针对高校餐饮市场的客户进行饮食需求分析,提出高校食堂餐饮与互联网相融合的新模式,对高校餐饮探索新模式进行分析.

Abstract

Canteens are an indispensable part of the lives of college teachers and students.With the rapid rise of the Internet,the catering market in colleges and universities is facing various challenges.The diversified way of ordering food is loved by teachers and students because of its efficiency,convenience,variety and other characteristics,making the traditional canteen subject to market impact.This paper mainly analyzes the catering needs of customers in the college catering market,proposes a new mode of integration of college canteen catering and the Internet,and analyzes the new mode of college catering exploration.
