Discussion on the Influencing Factors and Control Strategies of Baijiu and Raw Material Inspection Accuracy
The quality inspection of Baijiu products and their raw materials is easily affected by a series of factors such as sample extraction,sample preparation,reagents and instruments,resulting in the accuracy of the test results is difficult to be reliably guaranteed.Based on this,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy of the inspection of Baijiu and its raw materials,and puts forward the key measures and methods to improve the accuracy of the inspection,hoping to be able to attract the attention of the industry and attention to further enhance the quality of Baijiu products and their raw materials inspection level.
