Study on the Hazard of Illegal Addition of Clenbuterol to Beef and Its Detection Methods
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,food safety has gradually become a core issue of public concern.As a popular meat food,the quality and safety of beef is particularly important.However,in recent years,the illegal act of adulterating beef with lean meat extract has appeared frequently,posing a serious threat to the health and safety of consumers.This paper outlines the background and reasons for the illegal addition of clenbuterol in beef,analyzes in depth the potential hazards of the illegal addition of clenbuterol in beef to consumers'health,and focuses on a variety of clenbuterol detection methods,with a view to providing a reference for the quality and safety supervision of beef.
