In the detection of quality and safety of agricultural products,gas chromatography is a common detection method.It relies on inert gases such as nitrogen and hydrogen to construct a mobile phase chromatography,thereby achieving the separation and determination of target compounds.This paper summarizes the key technologies of gas chromatography analysis,and discusses the specific application of gas chromatography analysis in the quality and safety detection of agricultural products,in order to provide a theoretical basis for maintaining the safe and healthy development of agricultural products market.
