Application of the QuEChERS Method in the Detection of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons
QuEChERS method has the characteristics of fast, simple, cheap, efficient and safe.It is a reliable analysis method and has made significant progress in pesticide residue analysis. The QuEChERS method can effectively analyze various compounds, including drugs, mycotoxins, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.in complex matrices. In recent years, with the research on the toxicity of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, the food safety problems caused by them have attracted more and more attention. This paper summarizes the origin, research process, application and optimization of QuEChERS method in the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,in order to provide reference for the application and development of QuEChERS method.
