Risk Assessment and Detection Techniques for Heavy Metal Pollution in Food
With the acceleration of industrialization and the increasing severity of environmental pollution,the problem of heavy metal pollution in food has attracted widespread attention.Heavy metal pollutants not only affect food safety,but also pose a potential threat to public health.By detecting and analyzing the heavy metal content in food samples,the potential risks of heavy metals to human health can be identified.Risk assessment of heavy metal pollution in food is of great signif I cance for ensuring food safety and maintaining public health.It can not only help the government and relevant departments formulate more effective food safety standards and management measures,but also enhance public awareness of food safety,so as to take appropriate preventive measures and reduce the risk of heavy metal exposure.This article discusses the efficiency and accuracy of various detection technologies,and proposes suggestions to reduce safety risks,aiming to provide scientif I c basis and technical support for food safety supervision.
