Control Strategies for Microbial Contamination in Food Processing
At present, microbial contamination has become an important factor affecting food quality and safety. The importance of strengthening the prevention and control of microbial contamination in food processing is self-evident,which is related to the health of consumers and the sustainable development of the food industry. This paper briefly discusses the threat of microbial contamination to food safety, and puts forward targeted control strategies, including raw material screening, processing environment disinfection, process monitoring, and storage and transportation condition control,in order to reduce the risk of microbial contamination, ensure food safety, and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
