Research on Food Quality Management Model from the Perspective of Quality Chain
As a comprehensive management system,quality chain emphasizes the quality control and coordination of every link from raw material purchase to product sales.In food quality management,the introduction of quality chain not only improves the traceability of product quality,it also helps to realize the supervision and control of the whole process.This study analyzes the importance of food quality management mode from the perspective of quality chain,and the challenges facing the current food quality management.The construction strategy of food quality management model from the perspective of constructing quality chain was proposed.It aims to provide a quality management model with quality chain as the core for food enterprises,to promote the healthy development of the food industry,ensure the food safety of consumers,and provides decision-making reference for government regulatory departments,promote the innovation and improvement of food quality management.
