摘要

冷链物流是确保生鲜农产品质量安全的"生命线".本文采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)对河南省南阳市生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的影响因素进行定量分析,得出影响其发展的主要问题,即专业从事冷链物流的第三方企业占比小且发展滞后、冷链物流基础设施建设不完善、各环节投入较多造成整体成本较高、冷链物流方面的专业人才缺乏,并提出改进建议.

Abstract

Cold chain logistics is the"lifeline"to ensure the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products.This paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Nanyang city of Henan province,and finds out the main problems affecting its development,such as the proportion of third-party enterprises specializing in cold chain logistics is small and the development is lagging behind,the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure is imperfect,the overall cost is high due to the large investment in each link,and the shortage of professionals in cold chain logistics is put forward.
