Food Packaging and Labeling Management Countermeasures to Improve the Level of Food Supervision
Currently,there are still prominent issues in China,such as inaccurate food labeling information,lax control of packaging material safety,and lagging construction of traceability systems.Effective measures are urgently needed to improve them.Based on a systematic analysis of the weak links in food packaging and labeling management,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of food safety supervision from aspects such as strengthening the review of labeling content,optimizing packaging material testing technology,upgrading safety standards,and establishing a comprehensive traceability system,in order to provide reference for the modernization of China's food safety governance system and governance capacity.
