摘要
我国作为农业大国,农产品物流量巨大.近些年,随着社会信息透明程度越来越高、信息传播速度越来越快,农产品供应链中出现的食品安全问题诱发的社会问题层出不穷,一定程度上制约了农业经济的发展.因此,相关部门应加大农产品供应链食品安全管理工作力度,保证农产品供应链食品安全.基于此,本文重点研究农产品供应链食品安全管理存在的问题及对策,以期提高农产品质量,保证食品安全.
Abstract
China as a big agricultural country,produce material flow is huge.In recent years,with the increasing transparency of social information and the increasing speed of information dissemination,social problems caused by food safety problems in the supply chain of agricultural products have emerged in an endless stream,restricting the development of agricultural economy to a certain extent.Therefore,relevant departments should strengthen the food safety management of agricultural product supply chain to ensure the food safety of agricultural product supply chain.Based on this,this paper focuses on the problems and countermeasures of food safety management in the supply chain of agricultural products,in order to improve the quality of agricultural products and ensure food safety.
