摘要

为了解广州市某区食品安全状况,推动食品抽检工作高质量发展,保障人们舌尖上的安全,2023 年广州市某区对辖区食品进行随机监督抽样检验,覆盖食品生产、流通、餐饮3 个环节,涉及 33 个食品大类.2023 年共抽检食品 2 475批次,其中合格2 449批次、不合格26批次,不合格率为1.05%;不合格的食品种类有食用农产品、饮料、酒类、调味品及餐饮食品5大类,不合格项目主要涉及农药残留、兽药残留、禁限用药物、重金属、微生物及其他理化指标.抽检结果显示,食用农产品的不合格批次最多,为22批次.结合抽检结果,建议加大食用农产品种养殖源头管理和流通监管,确保公众的食品安全.

Abstract

In order to understand the food safety situation in a certain district of Guangzhou,promote the high-quality development of food sampling work,and ensure the safety of the people's tongues,a random supervision sampling inspection was conducted on the food in a certain district of Guangzhou in 2023,covering three stages of food production,circulation,and catering,involving 33 food categories.In 2023,a total of 2 475 batches of food were randomly inspected,with 2 449 batches being qualified and 26 batches being unqualified,with a failure detection rate of 1.05%.Among them,the types of unqualified food include edible agricultural products,beverages,alcoholic beverages,seasonings,and catering food.The unqualified projects mainly involve indicators such as pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,prohibited and restricted drugs,heavy metals,microorganisms,and other physicochemical indicators.The sampling results showed that the most unqualified batches of edible agricultural products were 22 batches.Based on the sampling results,this paper suggest increasing the source management and circulation supervision of edible agricultural product breeding to ensure food safety for the public.
