本文从人、机、料、法、环、测和记7 个方面分析了农药残留检测过程中可能存在的风险点,同时对农药残留检测实验室如何通过质量控制规避风险进行了阐述,使得农药残留检测结果更准确、可靠.
Abstract
In this paper,the possible risk points in the detection of pesticide residues were analyzed from seven aspects:staff,equipment,supplies,method,environment,testing and record,at the same time,how to control the quality of pesticide residues detection laboratory to avoid risk was described to ensure the accuracy and reliability of pesticide residues detection results.
