Research on Quality Management Issues and Solution Strategies in Food Safety Testing
The quality management of food safety testing is very important to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.This paper deeply analyzes the quality management problems existing in the current food safety testing,focusing on four main problems:lagging update of testing technology,insufficient ability of testing personnel,irregular testing process and imperfect quality control system.To solve these problems,the paper puts forward corresponding solutions,including strengthening the research and development and innovation of food safety testing technology,strengthening the training and capacity building of testing personnel,optimizing the testing process,strengthening supervision and management,and improving the quality control system and measures.These measures are intended to provide effective guidance for the quality management of food safety testing to ensure food safety and protect public health.
