食品安全关系国计民生,食品安全检验检测是保障食品质量安全的重要手段.提高食品安全检验检测质量,有利于从源头上保障食品安全,维护良好的市场秩序,增强公众对食品的信心,促进食品行业持续健康发展.本文以食品安全检验检测存在的主要问题为切入点,剖析提高检验检测质量的意义,提出完善法律法规标准体系、优化检验检测流程、加强人才培养以及创新检测技术和方法等路径,旨在为推动我国食品安全事业高质量发展贡献力量.
Abstract
Food safety is related to national economy and people's livelihood,and food safety inspection and testing are important means to ensure food quality and safety.Improving the quality of food safety inspection and testing is conducive to ensuring food safety from the source,maintaining good market order,enhancing public confidence in food,and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the food industry.This article takes the main problems in food safety inspection and testing as the starting point,analyzes the significance of improving inspection and testing quality,proposes paths such as improving the legal and regulatory standard system,optimizing inspection and testing processes,strengthening talent cultivation,and innovating testing technology and methods,aiming to contribute to the high-quality development of China's food safety industry.
