Research on the Evaluation of Material Suppliers'Service Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
With the advancement of the socialization of college logistics services,accurately assessing the service level of suppliers has become increasingly critical.To establish a quantitative evaluation system for college catering raw material suppliers,this study employs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct an evaluation matrix,determining the weight distribution of 15 evaluation indicators,and calculate the sub-score by normalization of the evaluation results.Comprehensive calculation results show that a certain school's supplier A scored 4.05 in terms of product quality,which is higher than its scores in price and service quality;the overall evaluation score for supplier A is 3.86,slightly higher than that of supplier B at 3.82.Without the need for complex professional statistical software,the study evaluates the suppliers'supply service level from multiple perspectives and enables quantitative comparison between different suppliers,providing data support for improving the management level of college logistics.
