摘要
粮油质量直接关系到人们的身体健康和生活质量,做好粮油质量检测工作至关重要.本文在分析粮油常用质量检测指标和方法的基础上,指出当前粮油质量检测领域存在检测设备精度、检测流程缺乏标准化、检测人员专业技能欠缺等突出问题,提出引进高精度检测仪器、优化并规范检测流程、加强检测人员培训等改进策略,以期为推动粮油质量检测技术进步、保障粮油质量安全提供参考.
Abstract
The quality of grain and oil is directly related to the physical health and quality of life of the people,and it is crucial to do a good job in grain and oil quality testing.Based on the analysis of commonly used quality inspection indicators and methods for grain and oil,this article points out prominent problems in the current field of grain and oil quality inspection,such as insufficient accuracy of inspection equipment,lack of standardization of inspection processes,and lack of professional skills of inspection personnel,and puts forward improvement strategies such as introducing high-precision testing instruments,optimizing and standardizing testing processes,and strengthening training of testing personnel,in order to provide reference for promoting the advancement of grain and oil quality testing technology and ensuring grain and oil quality and safety.
