Determination of Antimony in Food by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
By optimizing the experimental procedure,a method for the determination of antimony in food by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The results showed that the linear relationship of antimony was good in the range at 0 μg·L-1 to 10 μg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 78,the detection limit was 0.03 μg·L-1,the recovery rate was 95.5%to 103.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.2%to 3.6%.The method is convenient, fast, accurate and precise, which is suitable for the determination of antimony content in beverages.
