Determination of 1,1-Dichloroethylene(Cis-Trans Mixture)in Milk Powder by Headspace Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
A method for the determination of 1,1-dichloroethene(cis-trans mixture)in milk powder by headspace/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was developed by optimising the experimental conditions.The results showed that when the equilibrium temperature was 90℃and the equilibrium time was 30 min,the standard curve equation of cis-1,1-dichloroethene was Y=816.811 7X+33.184 5,and the correlation coefficient(r2)was 0.985 1.The standard curve equation of trans-1,1-dichloroethene was Y=571.645 2X+39.587 7,and the correlation coefficient(r2)was 0.999 8.The average recoveries of cis-1,1-dichloroethene ranged from 102.70%to 111.43%with the relative standard deviations of 11.0%to 13.3%.The average recoveries of trans-1,1-dichloroethene ranged from 98.42%to 105.57%with the relative standard deviations of 14.6%to 16.2%.Five batches of infant milk powder were tested by the proposed method and it was found that the samples did not contain 1,1-dichloroethylene(cis-trans mixture).The method is a reliable,accurate and precise analytical method for the quantitative analysis of 1,1-dichloroethylene in milk powder samples.
