滤膜法和多管发酵法在生活饮用水检测中的应用探讨

为探究多管发酵法和滤膜法在生活饮用水检测中的应用情况,采集 2022 年、2023 年河北省石家庄高新技术产业开发区枯水期(12月至次年4月)生活饮用水90份和丰水期(5-9月)生活饮用水90份,采用滤膜法和多管发酵法进行检验,对比分析两种微生物检验方法的准确性及在日常生活中的可用性.结果表明,多管发酵法的总检出率显著高于滤膜法.滤膜法在操作简便性和检测效率上优于多管发酵法,而多管发酵法在灵敏度上略胜一筹.在日常水质检测中应用多管发酵法可提高生活饮用水中微生物的检出率,提升居民饮用水的安全性.
Application of Filtration Membrane Method and Multi-Tube Fermentation Method in the Detection of Drinking Water
In order to explore the application of multi-tube fermentation method and filtration membrane method in drinking water detection,90 samples of drinking water during dry season(December to April next year)and 90 samples of drinking water during wet season(May to September)from Shijiazhuang high-tech industrial development zone of Hebei province in 2022 and 2023 are collected,and tested by filtration membrane method and multi-tube fermentation method.The accuracy and usability of the two microbiological test methods in daily life are compared.The results show that the total detection rate of multi-tube fermentation method is significantly higher than that of filter membrane method.The filtration membrane method is superior to the multi-tube fermentation method in simplicity and detection efficiency,while the multi-tube fermentation method is slightly superior in sensitivity.The application of multi-tube fermentation method in daily water quality detection can improve the detection rate of microorganisms in drinking water,and improve the safety of drinking water for residents.
