石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定青梅中铅、镉含量

摘要
在云南省大理州洱源县不同梅子产地采集 6 份样品,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定青梅中铅、镉含量.结果表明,两种重金属元素在一定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于 0.999 3;铅、镉检出限分别为 1.83 μg·L-1、0.027 μg·L-1,加标回收率在 93.64%~95.87%.不同产地青梅中铅、镉含量的差别不大,铅含量大于镉含量,6 份青梅样品的铅、镉含量均低于《食品安全国家标准 食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2017)中的限量值.
Abstract
Six samples were collected from different green plum producing areas in Eryuan county,Dali prefecture,Yunnan province,and the contents of lead and cadmium in green plum were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry graphite furnace method.The results showed that the linear relationship between the two heavy metal elements was good in a certain concentration range,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 3,and the detection limits of lead and cadmium were 1.83 μg·L-1、0.027 μg·L-1,the recovery rate of spike was 93.64%to 95.87%.There was little difference in the content of lead and cadmium in green plum from different origins,and the lead content was greater than that of cadmium,and the lead and cadmium content of the six samples were lower than the limit values in GB 2762-2017.
