Analysis of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Results at the Local Level in a City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2023
Food safety is related to the health and life safety of citizens. In order to comprehensively grasp the overall food safety level of a city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this article analyzes the results of food safety supervision and random inspection at the city level in 2023.In 2023,a municipal food safety supervision and sampling inspection in a city in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region covered multiple links of production, circulation and catering, involving 383 batches of food in 23 major categories.Among them,17 batches of unqualified samples were found, involving two food categories:catering food, starch, and starch products. The main reasons for non-compliance are the residual amounts of anionic synthetic detergents, coliform bacteria, and aluminum(in dry samples, calculated as Al)exceed the standards.By conducting sampling inspections of food, regulatory authorities can promptly discover potential safety hazards in food and play the role of"outpost"for supervision and sampling inspections.
