Analysis of Surveillance Results of Foodborne Pathogens in Longyou County from 2018 to 2022
Objective:To analyze the contamination of foodborne pathogens in food sold in Longyou county,and to provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.Method:According to the requirements of Food Safety Risk Monitoring Manual of Quzhou City,different samples were collected at different locations in Longyou county from 2018 to 2022 for monitoring of foodborne pathogens and the results were statistically analyzed.Result:A total of 596 samples from 13 categories were collected from 2018 to 2022,and 6 pathogens were detected,37 positive samples were detected,and the total detection rate of food-borne pathogens was 6.21%.The detection rate of Cronobacter was the highest(10.42%).The detection rate of animal fresh water products was the highest among all kinds of food(16.67%).The detection rate of foodborne pathogens in different sampling locations were mobile vendors>farmers'markets>stores/supermarkets>takeaway platforms>food and beverage outlets.Conclusion:Foodborne pathogen contamination in food sold in Longyou county is generally good,but there are greater risks in meat and meat products,animal aquatic products and food products.It is necessary to strengthen supervision and management of production,processing and sales of key food to reduce the occurrence of related foodborne safety incidents.
