Investigation of a Food Poisoning Caused by Sword Bean
This paper investigates and analyzes a case of food poisoning caused by eating sword bean.The results showed that there were 19 cases,including 16 females and 3 males,aged 17 to 53 years old.The main symptoms of the patients were nausea(78.95%),vomiting(68.42%)and gastric acid reflux burning(52.63%).The onset time was concentrated and the average incubation period was 4 hours.There was a significant difference(P<0.001,OR=60.750)between the case group and the control group in whether to consume shredded sword bean meat,indicating that the risk factor of disease was sword bean meat.
