本文对一起食用刀豆引起的食物中毒进行调查分析.结果表明,共有病例19 名,女性 16 名,男性3名,年龄在17~53岁.病例主要症状为恶心(78.95%)、呕吐(68.42%)、胃部反酸灼热感(52.63%),发病时间集中,平均潜伏期为 4 h.是否食用刀豆肉丝在病例组与对照组间存在显著差异(P<0.001,OR=60.750),提示刀豆肉丝是发病的危险因素.
Investigation of a Food Poisoning Caused by Sword Bean
This paper investigates and analyzes a case of food poisoning caused by eating sword bean.The results showed that there were 19 cases,including 16 females and 3 males,aged 17 to 53 years old.The main symptoms of the patients were nausea(78.95%),vomiting(68.42%)and gastric acid reflux burning(52.63%).The onset time was concentrated and the average incubation period was 4 hours.There was a significant difference(P<0.001,OR=60.750)between the case group and the control group in whether to consume shredded sword bean meat,indicating that the risk factor of disease was sword bean meat.
